Successful candidates will need to:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience in teaching Music to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
• Be willing to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
• Maintain a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-focused
• Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching approach
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills for close collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
