Lead Teacher- Pre Nursery Class

At Hummingbird International Kindergarten, we emphasize the importance of recognizing, respecting, and nurturing every child as a unique individual. We are currently looking for a committed Lead Teacher to manage our Pre-Nursery class (ages 1–3), with a projected start date in January 2026.

This role goes beyond traditional teaching; it presents the chance to become part of a close-knit, supportive community where meaningful play promotes the acquisition of vital life skills, and collaboration between families and educators is essential.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with toddlers (1–3 years old)
- A solid understanding of play-based learning, Positive Discipline, and developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both children and parents

Fluency in English is required, whether as a native speaker or a non-native speaker with a C2 proficiency level. We warmly welcome applications from all qualified educators who can foster a natural English-speaking environment for our young learners.

Bilingual skills in English and Thai are considered a plus.
