Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Officer with the daily management of HR functions, ensuring adherence to GEMS policies and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and professional transition into the school.
• Keep precise employee records and support the HRIS/ERP system to maintain current information and reporting capabilities.
• Aid in the recruitment process for non-teaching positions, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Provide support to staff regarding HR-related inquiries, including attendance, leave, benefits, and insurance matters.
• Help manage employee relations issues according to policy and with guidance from the HR Officer.
• Contribute to performance management procedures, employee engagement initiatives, and HR auditing processes.
• Prepare and uphold HR documentation, reports, and employee records as necessary.
• Offer general administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services throughout the school.
