Purpose of Role

The ISP Principal leads with vision and integrity, nurturing a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment where learning flourishes. By collaborating with their team, parents, and the broader ISP network, they position the school as a “School of Choice” that provides outstanding learning experiences and outcomes, resulting in increased enrollment and improved student retention. Their responsibilities include safeguarding, enhancing teaching quality through evidence-based improvements, strategic planning, community engagement, and commercial performance. Parents, carers, and students acknowledge the school for its Amazing Learning, and teachers thrive in their professional growth under the Principal's guidance. The ISP Principal reports to the Regional Managing Director (RMD).
