Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within secondary education
- Thorough understanding of UK curriculum standards for secondary education
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple responsibilities
