Bromsgrove International School, located in Thailand, is a distinguished co-educational institution offering both boarding and day school options for over 520 students aged 2 to 18. Our facilities are divided between two campuses: the Early Years Campus (Pre-Nursery to Year 1) and the Windsor Park Campus (Year 2 to Year 13). The primary Windsor Park campus is situated on the picturesque Windsor Park Golf Course, just outside Bangkok, conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi International Airport and approximately 90 minutes from the downtown Sukhumvit area of Bangkok.

In the past five years, the school has experienced significant growth in both student enrollment and its reputation for academic excellence, establishing itself as the preferred international school in Eastern Bangkok. We are currently seeking an exceptional Head of Science Faculty to join us in August 2025, to lead a dedicated team of six teachers within a vibrant, supportive, and innovative educational community, set against the backdrop of beautiful Southeast Asia. Our three science subjects consistently achieve outstanding external IGCSE examination results each year, with high uptake at A Level. A specialization in Biology or Chemistry is a prerequisite for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A BSc degree along with a postgraduate qualification in education (e.g., PGCE/GTP)
- A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a British curriculum school, either in the UK or abroad
- A solid track record of exemplary classroom and pedagogical practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Secondary Science English National Curriculum
- Proficiency in using ICT to enhance teaching and learning
- The ability to engage, motivate, and support students, staff, and parents
- A reflective approach to practice with creativity and innovation
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor as a team member
- A willingness to actively participate in the extracurricular life of the Boarding School
