Ghars International School is searching for a passionate and committed French Teacher for our Middle and Secondary School programs for the academic year 2026–2027.

We seek an inspiring educator who is dedicated to delivering outstanding instruction and motivating students to develop strong language skills while nurturing an appreciation for French culture and communication.

Requirements

•
Bachelor’s degree in French Language or a relevant field

•
PGCE / PGC or an equivalent teaching qualification

•
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level

•
Strong classroom management and communication skills

•
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student progress effectively

•
Familiarity with international curricula is advantageous

Responsibilities

•
Teach the French language to middle and secondary school students

•
Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans

•
Assess, document, and communicate students' progress

•
Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities

•
Support students in building confidence in speaking, reading, and writing in French
