We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Class Teacher to join our team in April 2026.

As a BSO-accredited institution, ICS Al Manhal follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, fostering a nurturing and inspiring early learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality educational experiences that align with the EYFS Framework
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued
  • Support children's development across all learning areas, including communication, language, physical, personal, social, and emotional growth
  • Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform future learning strategies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach within the Early Years team
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a focus on Early Years, or PGCE with QTS and EYFS experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an EYFS setting (UK experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child-centered learning methodologies
  • Creative, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
  • Excellent organizational skills and behavior management techniques in the classroom
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • ADEK approval or eligibility is a plus
  • ECTs are encouraged to apply, with an induction program available (please note that the ECT program fee is the responsibility of the candidate)

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
