About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to become part of our Junior School English department as we embark on an exciting new phase of development beginning in February 2025. The ideal candidate will be self-assured and capable of teaching English across all primary grade levels. Additionally, the ability to teach another subject, such as Theory of Knowledge (TOK), would be considered advantageous.

The successful applicant should possess:
- A relevant degree along with a UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A minimum of four years of teaching experience.
- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor as a member of the staff community.
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum, (I)GCSE, and IBDP syllabuses is preferred.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to holistic education.
- A proven history of exemplary classroom and teaching practices.
- The ability to engage in our extracurricular activities program.
- Flexibility to collaborate across curriculum subjects and key stages.
- A team-oriented attitude to help develop new initiatives to enrich the English curriculum.
- Knowledge and experience in utilizing digital technologies to enhance students' learning experiences.

To qualify for a visa or work permit, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Four years of teaching experience
- A teaching degree or qualification
- A PGCE, PGDE, UK Qualified Teacher Status, or similar teaching qualification
- Proficiency in English
