Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, inclusive instruction that caters to students with varied learning needs within the IB and British curriculum frameworks.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to create and implement strategies that facilitate access, progress, and achievement for all students.
- Utilize data effectively to track student progress and plan targeted interventions.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that aligns with the IB Learner Profile and GEMS Core Values.
- Contribute to the establishment of inclusive practices throughout the secondary school, fostering equity and understanding among students and staff.
- Engage with parents and the broader school community to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
