English and Humanities Teacher
About This Role
British Primary School of Wilanow (BSW) in Warsaw, Poland, is thrilled to announce an opening for a passionate English and Humanities Teacher to become part of our dynamic and innovative team at one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing international schools, commencing in August 2026.
The School
Located in the affluent district of Wilanow, BSW presents a distinctive combination of historical allure and contemporary amenities. The stunning Royal Wilanow contrasts beautifully with modern cafes and shops, all set amidst lush fields and woodlands.
Since our establishment in Autumn 2014, BSW has thrived in a purpose-built facility on a charming greenfield site, beginning with only a handful of Nursery-age students. As we approach the 2024/25 academic year, our student body has expanded to over 400, with waitlists in various year groups.
We are fully dedicated to upholding the highest educational standards, having successfully attained COBIS Patron's Accreditation in November 2021.
In 2023, BSW proudly joined the International Schools Partnership.
The Role
We are searching for British-qualified, experienced educators. Our teaching team fosters a collaborative atmosphere marked by flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm. We are looking for individuals who are eager to enhance the development of a values-driven and ambitious school culture. Our educational philosophy is embodied in our Walk of the Lion, which highlights Respect, Courage, Cooperation, Consideration, and Nobility.
Our educators are dedicated and passionate about their teaching, holding high expectations for the progress of all students. They are integral to our comprehensive school community, ensuring that our values permeate every facet of our work.
BSW provides a vibrant outdoor learning program, including Forest School and sports, with teachers actively participating in the school’s cultural, educational, and extracurricular initiatives.
