EAL Specialist with Secondary Support
About This Role
We are seeking an EAL (English as an Additional Language) specialist to lead our inclusive education program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Secondary School students who are non-native English speakers, ensuring a high-quality educational experience across our institution.
Applicants should possess a strong drive, maintain high professional standards, and have a proven track record of achievement in GCSE and A level results. You will be responsible for consistently implementing best practices while working collaboratively with fellow educators to improve teaching and learning within the department. Additionally, the ability to lead extracurricular activities and build relationships with students in our primary school would be a valuable asset.

The English International College is a British educational institution serving students aged 3-18. We offer a curriculum that closely follows the UK National Curriculum, with adaptations to suit our international context and values. Qualifications
We encourage applications from UK qualified teachers who have at least 5 years of relevant teaching experience. Successful candidates will be expected to participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
