About the role:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Learning Lead to enhance digital learning, EdTech, and AI-driven practices throughout our Trust. In this role, you will empower both staff and students to harness technology effectively and confidently, thereby improving teaching, learning, assessment, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the digital learning strategy for the Trust
- Assist staff in integrating technology and AI into their practices
- Advocate for the effective and inclusive application of EdTech
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure uniform implementation across the Trust
About You:
- Enthusiastic about the role of technology and AI in education
- Experienced in digital learning or EdTech environments
- An effective communicator capable of motivating and supporting others
- Strategic, proactive, and collaborative in your approach
