We are currently seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the Academic Year 26/27. The DSL will serve as the primary safeguarding officer, responsible for overseeing child protection policies, promoting student welfare, and ensuring compliance with both local and international safeguarding standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in safeguarding or child protection roles within educational settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding laws, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident management concerning child safety.
- Experience in providing training sessions for staff on safeguarding awareness.
