- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.
- Integrate technology and innovative methods to enrich learning experiences.
- Evaluate student progress using diverse, authentic assessment techniques and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create cohesive units and contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum.
- Actively engage in the school’s co-curricular and community programs to promote holistic learning.
