Tailor instruction to accommodate the varied needs of learners, including high achievers and those requiring extra assistance.
Confirm that lessons are consistent with curriculum guidelines and examination board requirements.
Engage in internal standardization and moderation activities.
Maintain up-to-date and precise records of student performance, grades, and reports.
Enforce school policies regarding discipline, attendance, and safeguarding.
Take part in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and initiatives aimed at school enhancement.
Keep abreast of advancements in Biology, teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Science Department to develop work schemes and exchange effective practices.
Participate in extracurricular science events, clubs, competitions, or field trips.
Support the overall progress and welfare of students, providing them with educational guidance.
Adhere to GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct at all times.
