As we approach our 19th year in operation in August 2026, Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) reflects on its journey that began in September 2007 in Al Taawun with under 200 students. Over the past 18 years, VISS has evolved into a prominent network of schools featuring 2 IB World Schools and 3 Regional Schools, delivering the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG through Grade 12, along with the GC curriculum and the IB Diploma Programme. Today, we proudly serve over 5,000 students across five campuses.
Our institutions are guided by a seasoned international academic leadership team with extensive experience in the UAE, supported by the VISS Schools Group, as we provide high-quality Australian and international education to a richly diverse global community.
We are on the lookout for a seasoned inclusion teacher to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will facilitate engaging lessons that are in line with the Australian Curriculum (adapted to the context) to empower students in becoming confident, independent learners.

Key Responsibilities
•
Deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences that are tailored to the curriculum and the needs of students.
•
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment, prioritizing student wellbeing and safeguarding.
•
Evaluate and track student progress while offering constructive feedback.
•
Cultivate positive collaborations with parents and colleagues.
•
Engage in school initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
•
Recognized teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent).
•
Experience in an international or Australian curriculum setting is preferred.
•
Regional experience is a plus but not mandatory.
