We are looking for applicants who possess the following attributes:

A genuine enthusiasm and drive for working with students, parents, and colleagues;

A proven history of effective and strategic leadership;

Thorough knowledge of KS3, GCSE/IGCSE, and A Level or IB History, along with related Humanities curricula;

•
A team player who places a strong emphasis on teaching and learning;

The ability and desire to inspire excellence in others;

•
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.

We welcome applications from experienced professionals who have a solid understanding of the English National Curriculum for History and Humanities and are dedicated to promoting the Haileybury Habits.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive remuneration package that includes a highly competitive salary, annual gratuity, Allianz medical insurance, yearly flights home, full tuition remission for up to three children, high-quality fully furnished housing, and a relocation allowance, based on eligibility.

Interviews:

Our recruitment process will involve online video interviews with the Senior Leadership team:

• Initial interviews for longlisted candidates will be conducted by the Head and Deputy Head of the Senior School.

• Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place with the Headmaster and HR Director.

All applications will receive acknowledgment. Candidates who have not been contacted for an interview by April 6th may assume they have not been successful and are sincerely thanked for their interest by the Board.

The successful candidate will be expected to start employment in August 2026.
