Job Overview:

Eaton International Schools (EIS) operates in Jade Hills Kajang and Alam Impian Shah Alam, delivering a modern international education to students from preschool through to IGCSE, facilitated by a predominantly expatriate teaching staff. Our innovative curriculum merges the Cambridge International Curriculum with key elements of the English National Curriculum, all within a rich multicultural environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

EIS is on the lookout for teachers who embrace a progressive and creative teaching style, equipped with the skills and vision to elevate the educational experience at either KS1 or KS2. We are interested in individuals dedicated to fostering students’ highest potential, prioritizing pastoral care and well-being, and eager to engage in our vibrant extracurricular activities.

We are looking for professionals who:

- possess relevant educational qualifications (Degree in Education or PGCE)

- have a minimum of 2 years of classroom experience

- are knowledgeable about the UK curriculum

- can effectively teach phonics alongside other reading strategies

- are capable of providing well-structured, engaging, and innovative learning experiences

- can deliver a curriculum that is broad and balanced, offering appropriate challenges and support for all students

- consistently set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge learners

- foster a well-organized and stimulating learning atmosphere

- are adept at incorporating technology into their teaching methods

- appreciate the importance of consistently applying school policies

- recognize Malaysia's multicultural landscape and are eager to immerse themselves in its diverse cultures

- understand that the educational experience at EIS extends beyond the classroom

- and are willing to go above and beyond in their role.
