Primary Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning

  • Craft engaging, meaningful, and inquiry-driven learning experiences that ignite curiosity and creativity.
  • Assist each student in realizing their full potential through challenges, reflection, and encouragement.
  • Integrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital learning into everyday practices seamlessly.
  • Use data and documentation to inform planning, assess progress, and celebrate achievements.

Learning Environment

  • Establish a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere rooted in respect and teamwork.
  • Advocate for Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies and promote learner agency.
  • Encourage dialogue, collaborative knowledge creation, and exploration fueled by curiosity.

Pastoral Care and Wellbeing

  • Support students’ social-emotional growth through nurturing relationships and active participation in pastoral initiatives.
