We are a growing Special School that provides a personalised, nurturing approach to education for children and young people with complex Autism and communication needs. With the expansion of our Secondary provision, we are seeking passionate and committed teachers who are ready to make a difference—by supporting our pupils and helping shape a new, inclusive curriculum that empowers every learner.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children and/or young people with Autism (across at least two Key Stages is desirable).
  • Is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to putting new knowledge into practice.
  • Is ready to play a key role in helping the school thrive and improve.
  • Can bring energy, creativity, and positivity into the classroom.
  • Is a team player who communicates effectively and collaborates with colleagues, families, and other professionals.

  • Has a strong sense of responsibility for safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners.
