Female PE Teacher (Maternity Cover)
About This Role
We are seeking a enthusiastic and inspirational Female PE Teacher (Maternity Cover), who is keen to support our students academically both in and out of the classroom.
The unique hybrid nature of this role will further see you working within a second specialism within the academy, of which we would welcome any discipline. You will be committed to the highest standards of education and will enjoy the variety of teaching both theory and practical.
This is a 1 year fixed-term contract.
We would be delighted to take you on a tour of the school and give you the opportunity to view our facilities and answer any questions you may have.

The successful candidate will:
- Be instrumental in supporting the growth of both the PE department and the wider success of the school
- Plan and deliver high quality and engaging lessons that will challenge students and inspire progression
- Encourage students to have high expectations of themselves and their behaviour
- Be able to teach GCSE (A Level is desirable)
- Be a positive role model and supportive mentor to students
