Leads: Marketing Team across the Trust
Pay: (Scale 25-28) £43,143 – £46,326
Primary Purpose: The primary role is to spearhead the development, coordination, and execution of the marketing strategy for the Trust, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and the unique identities of each college. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to assess progress, exchange insights, and collaboratively enhance marketing initiatives for maximum effectiveness across all channels.
We are in search of a curious and strategic Marketing & Communications Lead to craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy throughout the Trust, aimed at boosting visibility, identity, and community involvement.
This position presents a creative and strategic professional with the opportunity to manage an evolving marketing function while making a significant impact on educational decisions and outcomes for young people.
About the Role…As the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will:
- Direct and advance the marketing and communications function across all BFMAT colleges.
- Create, implement, and assess both Trust-wide and college-specific marketing strategies.
- Enhance and develop the distinct identities of each college while ensuring alignment with the Trust’s overarching vision and values.
- Manage campaigns, digital content, brand management, and external communications across an array of channels.
- Leverage insights, data, and feedback to guide decision-making and enhance overall impact.
- Partner with senior leaders, staff teams, students, and external collaborators to maintain a consistent and high-quality approach to marketing and communications.
