Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Education or a related area
• At least 1 year of experience in a teacher assistant role or equivalent position
• Knowledge of the United States educational curriculum for elementary grades
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist teachers and interact with students
• Capability to help with lesson planning, classroom management, and supervising students
• Basic understanding of child development principles and effective educational practices
