Teacher/Residence Life Assistant Position - English Language Acquisition
About This Role
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity within our Residence Life (Boarding) Program, where you will receive training to instruct IB MYP English Language Acquisition.
In this position, you will engage in the Residence Life Program several days a week while teaching three days—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday—in our Secondary School. As a Teaching Resident Assistant (TRA), you will have the unique opportunity to reside alongside dormitory students, fostering meaningful connections and embodying the values of Christ.
Comprehensive training in Language Acquisition will be provided to support your success. TRAs are also encouraged to take part in TCIS Teacher Professional Development sessions and will be matched with a mentor teacher who will assist you throughout your first year at TCIS.
This entry-level teaching role is a wonderful opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited teaching experience to gain practical experience and advance their professional growth.
