Royal Russell School – Vilnius is looking for an exceptional Teacher of Physics to become part of our team as we launch our new Senior School campus in August 2026.
The Role
The chosen candidate will:
- Instruct Physics and Science from KS3 to KS5, covering both GCSE and A Level.
- Assist in developing and implementing an innovative Physics curriculum.
- Conduct stimulating practical and theoretical lessons that foster scientific interest.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of laboratory facilities.
- Motivate students to engage with science beyond the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Bring experience from a UK or international educational setting.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the learning and developmental needs of young people.
- Be enthusiastic, reflective, and a team player.
- Be eager to participate in the broader life of the school and its boarding community.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract: Full-time
- Start Date: August 2026
- Salary: Competitive and based on experience, aligned with the Royal Russell salary scale.
- The school will pay for initial flights and immigration expenses and will provide a local SIM card.
- Working hours: Full-time, with additional commitments for INSET, Open Days, and school events.
