About This Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual focused on Early Years education to join our vibrant Nursery/Infant school. We are seeking a candidate who is genuinely enthusiastic about working with young children.

We aim to recruit a dedicated team member who will play an active role in the educational development and English language learning of our little ones.

Candidate Requirements

  • a qualified Early Years teacher with QTS status or an equivalent credential, with experience teaching children aged 12 months to 3 years;
  • a native English speaker;
  • a committed professional ready to assist and deliver exceptional after-school programs as an extension of our educational offerings;
  • capable of fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment;
  • skilled in providing excellent teaching and learning experiences for students in the nursery/infant sector;
  • confident in aiding children in their literacy, language, and numeracy development;
  • adept at encouraging exploration, independence, and problem-solving through engaging learning activities;
  • able to inspire young learners with enthusiasm and cultivate a passion for education;
  • proficient in nurturing each child's self-esteem and building relationships based on mutual respect, promoting positive behavior and social development;
  • effective in communicating clearly, respectfully, and professionally;
  • capable of interacting with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and achievements as needed;
  • committed to staying updated on best practices in early years education and implementing innovative approaches;
  • able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
