Teacher of English

Langley Park School for Boys is an exceptional school that ensures excellent academic outcomes for our students. We are a large, inclusive, over-subscribed, 11-18 school with a co-educational Sixth Form. We consistently achieve high academic success, whilst maintaining a commitment to educating the ‘whole child’ through the promotion of sport and the arts as part of a well-rounded curriculum.

We are part of Impact Multi Academy Trust, and we work closely within the Trust with our other three secondary schools and our three primary schools.

We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join our successful department in a high performing school. This is a permanent role that would commence January 2027 and would be suitable for either an experienced or newly qualified teacher on either a part-time or a full-time basis.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will:

• Have an ability to teach English in a way in which keeps students engaged and stimulated.
• Have a proven record as an excellent classroom practitioner
• Have experience of, or be willing to teach across all Key Stages

Be either an experienced teacher or newly qualified teacher seeking their first appointment
