GEMS FirstPoint School, established in 2014, is a leading British Curriculum institution located in the vibrant community of The Villa in Dubai. Our school currently serves around 2,000 students from Nursery (age 2) to Year 13, with exciting plans for further expansion.

FPS prides itself on being an inclusive and values-driven school, with a diverse student body representing over 90 nationalities. Our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a dedicated center for sports and performing arts, swimming pools, a theater, a sports hall, and specialized spaces for dance, drama, and music. Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Proven strong classroom practice with the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and personalized learning.
  • Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and promote a culture of professional learning.
