About This Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Teacher of Economics to join Prior Park School, Gibraltar, starting in September 2026.

This position presents an exciting chance to contribute significantly to a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking Humanities Faculty within a breathtaking and inspiring setting. This full-time role is suited for a seasoned Secondary teacher or an eligible NQT.

The successful candidate will teach the International Cambridge A Level Economics and International Cambridge GCSE Business, with the possibility of instructing iBTEC Business (Pearson Level 3), supporting a faculty that has achieved notable popularity and success. Candidates must possess the capability to teach up to A Level in their subject area.

Situated in an awe-inspiring location atop the Rock with stunning views of the Bay of Gibraltar, Prior Park School fosters a vibrant and supportive community with ambitious goals. Established in 2016, the school caters to families from Gibraltar and Southern Spain, being the first independent, coeducational, Catholic/Christian day school in Gibraltar, serving 260 students aged 11-18 and delivering the UK curriculum, including GCSE and A Level qualifications.

Prior Park Schools consist of a network of Christian institutions, including Prior Park College (Bath), The Paragon Junior School (Bath), and Prior Park School Gibraltar.
