About This Role
Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science, in partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and RDFZ Beijing, is searching for a Teacher of Early Years to join our distinguished educational team starting in August 2026.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective educator who emphasizes collaboration with children, colleagues, and families. The perfect candidate will be committed to nurturing self-regulation and essential learning skills in each child, thriving in a community that seamlessly blends Chinese traditions with global educational best practices.
Kindergarten
Our bilingual kindergarten offers an interactive, activity-based curriculum in both Chinese and English for children aged 3–6. This program merges the strengths of Chinese and international educational methods to provide a solid foundation for Grade 1 and beyond. Through play, exploration, and creative activities—both indoors and outdoors—children develop self-regulation, curiosity, and critical skills across seven learning domains. Each classroom is co-taught by a Chinese teacher and an international teacher, creating a supportive environment that enhances each child's language learning and overall development.

About you
•
A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline.
•
A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching early years or primary education.
•
A keen interest in child development and a positive belief in students’ capacity to learn and succeed.
•
Ability to understand and apply local Chinese educational standards and new technologies.
•
A dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
•
Skilled in collaboration, building relationships, and effective communication in a bilingual immersion environment.
