We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Business to become part of our extensive and nurturing faculty team. Your main focus will be on teaching BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 Business, with the potential to also teach A-Level Economics and/or A-Level Business. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate within a department that prioritizes innovation, high standards, and a collective dedication to maximizing student success.

In this role, you will create and implement engaging learning experiences, develop effective schemes of work and lesson plans, and conduct fair and consistent assessments in accordance with awarding body guidelines. You will also be involved in curriculum development, maintain precise course documentation, and actively participate in team meetings, events, and the broader life of the college. Supporting student progress, collaborating with colleagues and external partners, and fully engaging in professional development are vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking a reflective and driven educator with excellent communication skills, a commitment to student success, and the capability to thrive under pressure within a dynamic team environment. Relevant teaching experience and the ability to teach at least one specialist subject at Level 2, Level 3, or A-Level are required, along with a suitable teaching qualification.
