**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to boost student attainment and refine teaching methods.
- Oversee and implement student support initiatives within the Art department.
- Analyze performance data to guide interventions and track student progress.
- Participate in strategic planning aimed at enhancing teaching and learning.
- Facilitate professional development through coaching, continuous professional development (CPD), and observational learning walks.
- Set benchmarks for high-quality teaching and disseminate best practices.
- Generate monitoring reports and assess the effectiveness of support programs.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, senior leadership team (SLT), external partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the daily operations and resource management of the department.
- Serve as a form tutor and engage in broader pastoral care responsibilities.
