We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Social and Emotional Counselor for the Academic Year 26/27. This full-time position will support students across all grade levels, addressing their social, emotional, and mental health needs in accordance with our United States-based curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (minimum requirement)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar role that promotes children's social-emotional development
  • A solid understanding of child development principles and counseling techniques appropriate for school-aged children
  • Preference for candidates with experience working with diverse student populations in an international or American curriculum environment
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized counseling plans, as well as facilitate group workshops on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and emotional regulation
  • Excellent communication skills with students, parents, teachers, and administrative personnel
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidential records in adherence to ethical standards
