We are seeking a full-time Primary Speech and Drama Teacher to become part of our Performing Arts department, starting in August 2026. This fixed-term position will involve teaching Drama and Theatre Studies at the elementary/primary level within our international curriculum framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic drama lessons that capture the interest of primary students
- Create innovative speech and drama programs that enhance student communication skills
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and self-esteem
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives that integrate the performing arts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in drama or theatre studies at the primary/elementary level
- Previous experience within an international curriculum environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire young learners
- Ability to design creative lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
