Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree related to the teaching subject or equivalent
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its equivalent
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge along with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your passion with students
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, although aspiring new teachers will also be considered
- Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons and a history of achieving outstanding results
- Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities
- Evidence of recent professional development related to this role
- Innovative ideas to enhance the visibility of the department within the school
- Proficient ICT skills that reflect modern classroom technology
- Commitment to extracurricular activities
- Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance
- An innovative, creative, and positive attitude
Desirable:
- Previous experience working abroad or with international students
