Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree related to the teaching subject or equivalent
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its equivalent
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge along with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your passion with students
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, although aspiring new teachers will also be considered
• Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons and a history of achieving outstanding results
• Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities
• Evidence of recent professional development related to this role
• Innovative ideas to enhance the visibility of the department within the school
• Proficient ICT skills that reflect modern classroom technology
• Commitment to extracurricular activities
• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance
• An innovative, creative, and positive attitude

Desirable:

• Previous experience working abroad or with international students
