About This Role

Dove Green Private School (DGPS) is a distinguished British community school located in the lively Dubai Investment Park, conveniently near the Expo 2020 site. Our educational ethos is anchored in British values that emphasize respect, tolerance, inclusivity, and a commitment to academic excellence, fostering well-rounded individuals with a global outlook. We aim to cultivate an environment that respects the rich traditions of British education while embracing an international perspective. Our secondary school has recently celebrated remarkable iGCSE results and is preparing to introduce its Sixth Form in August 2026. As we transition into our new premises featuring exceptional facilities, we continue to exemplify educational excellence, embodying the principles of a joyful, nurturing, and inclusive community school. We provide an innovative educational experience that transcends conventional boundaries. As the first institution in the region to offer a UK curriculum, DGPS has positioned itself as a leader in educational innovation while maintaining a strong community focus that meets the demands of Dubai's rapidly growing southern sector.

We are looking for passionate, compassionate, and understanding educators who can teach, guide, and enrich our GCSE and upcoming A-Level and BTEC programs, becoming key members of a flourishing community school known for its impressive growth and reputation. In this essential role within our newly expanded team, you will help ensure that the British ethos permeates all aspects of our educational structure, promoting an environment where students not only achieve academic success but also develop a global mindset in alignment with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33). This strategy aims to provide each student with a world-class education that meets the highest global standards while being grounded in Emirati values. E33 recognizes the rich multicultural fabric of Dubai, ensuring that heritage and diversity remain central to the learning experience.

Candidates should be committed to engaging with the local community and finding creative ways to involve parents, forging effective partnerships with them. The ideal candidate will resonate with DGPS's core values and philosophy, contributing to a community that harmonizes the strengths of British education and E33 while preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world, demonstrating a genuine understanding and respect for regional values. Above all, we seek insightful, motivated, and approachable educators dedicated to fostering a culture of successful collaboration and progressive learning, aligned with our vision of learning and growing together.

Parent feedback perfectly illustrates our ethos: "Teachers know my child; they don’t need to look at their laptop to tell me about their progress. That is the most amazing thing. Love the school and the teachers!”

If you are enthusiastic about joining a high-achieving, caring, inclusive school that offers opportunities for professional growth, we would be excited to hear from you. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ spirit are essential.
