Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• A bachelor’s degree related to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
• Strong subject expertise and a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge with students
• Proven experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, although applications from new teachers eager to excel are encouraged
• Ability to consistently deliver inspiring lessons with a proven record of achieving excellent results
• Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
• Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role
• Creative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
• Competence in ICT skills that support the modern classroom environment
• Commitment to the extra-curricular program
• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your care
• A creative, innovative, and positive mindset

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds
