Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree related to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
- Strong subject expertise and a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge with students
- Proven experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, although applications from new teachers eager to excel are encouraged
- Ability to consistently deliver inspiring lessons with a proven record of achieving excellent results
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
- Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role
- Creative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
- Competence in ICT skills that support the modern classroom environment
- Commitment to the extra-curricular program
- Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your care
