Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

- A bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your expertise with students
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers with aspirations to excel will be considered
- Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results
- Excellent collaboration skills and strong communication abilities
- Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this role
- Innovative ideas to enhance the department’s profile within the school
- Proficiency in ICT that reflects the role of technology in modern classrooms
- A commitment to participating in the extra-curricular program
- Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students
- An innovative, creative, and positive mindset

Desirable:

- Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds
