About This Role

Arcadia Global School in Dubai is looking for a committed and skilled Secondary Maths Teacher to join our team starting in August 2025. The ideal candidate will collaborate with experienced colleagues to advance the school's strategic vision and will be able to teach across all secondary Key Stages.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher with BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high-quality department.
- Capability to teach up to GCSE/IGCSE with a proven record of strong performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Exceptional practitioners who can provide innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives.
- A professional who collaborates effectively both within the immediate team and across the broader school community.

Core Responsibilities

- Employ a variety of teaching methods that engage students and meet curriculum demands, ensuring all students' needs are addressed through scaffolding and clear objectives.
- Uphold discipline in line with school policies and promote good practices regarding punctuality, behavior, and work standards.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the subject’s strategic action plan.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding academic progress, in accordance with school reporting procedures and in response to any specific concerns that arise.
- Adhere to the current policies and procedures of the school.
- Prepare and revise subject materials, including schemes of work.
