Due to a rise in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated Secondary Maths Lead Teacher (Suitable for ECT Teachers) to start immediately.

As a bilingual private school serving students from FS1 to Year 13, Al Rabeeh Academy delivers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in schools following the National Curriculum of England.
Applicants must be able to showcase the following:
• Provide professional leadership and management for the English curriculum area, ensuring alignment with national curriculum standards and school policies.
• Guarantee the effective delivery of a curriculum suitable for our students while adhering to the school's objectives and curriculum policies.
• Inspire colleagues with a clear vision and commitment to values, promoting high-quality teaching, efficient resource utilization, and improved learning outcomes for all students.
• Fulfill standard teacher duties through a well-structured teaching program.
• Encourage professional development among educators and enhance overall teaching methodologies.
• Monitor students' progress and development in Maths while acting as a form tutor.
• Advocate for Maths beyond regular school hours and demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and expertise in Maths, with the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4, emphasizing 21st-century learning, IT integration, and support for EAL students.
• Experience in teaching ‘A’ levels is preferred.
• Ability to foster creative learning and concentrate on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills.
• Proficient in using IT to engage and enhance students' learning experiences.
• Familiarity with using data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Experience in teaching EAL students is essential.
