Successful candidates must possess:
- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A certified teaching qualification like PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be accompanied by a subject-specific Bachelor’s degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- In-depth subject knowledge, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A strong passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
