Successful applicants must possess:
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent (the PGCE should be supported by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- Strong subject expertise and substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum in Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 is preferred).
- Experience in IGCSE and AS/A level teaching (International Baccalaureate experience is desirable).
- A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A commitment to participating in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
