Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent.
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject that you are eager to share with our students.
- Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience is required, although new teachers aspiring to excel will also be considered.
- Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
- Evidence of a commitment to recent professional development relevant to this position.
- Ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school.
- Proficient ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in today’s educational environment.
