Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree related to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge combined with a passion for the subject that you are eager to share with students.
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
- A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience is required, although aspiring new teachers will also be considered.
- Ability to consistently deliver inspiring lessons with a proven record of achieving outstanding results.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role.
- Creative ideas to enhance the visibility of the department within the school.
- Proficient ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in contemporary classrooms.
- Commitment to the extracurricular program.
- Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your care.
- An innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

- Experience working abroad or with international students.
