About This Role

At Rashid and Latifa School (RLS), our team is central to our mission. Guided by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum's vision for a future shaped by aspirational thinkers, RLS strives to be the most rewarding workplace, committed to advancing education in Dubai. Established by Royal Decree, RLS focuses on nurturing the next generation of UAE leaders and global thinkers through a curriculum that prioritizes culture, wellness, play, innovation, and community.

We are seeking an exceptional bilingual (Arabic/English) Arabic teacher with a vibrant personality who can forge strong relationships with students and their families built on trust and respect.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing RLS as a 'Global Leader in Education,' delivering an engaging and tailored UK National Curriculum within a lively, research-oriented environment. This position calls for a leader who can embed our core values deeply within our school community, steering students towards a meaningful and rewarding future.

We offer a competitive salary package, a commitment to professional growth, and a respectful culture where every educator is valued as a key leader in learning.

RLS is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all individuals who meet the job requirements.

We place the safety and welfare of all children as a top priority. As an educational institution, we recognize our responsibility to implement necessary measures that promote safe practices and protect children from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our safeguarding framework will ensure compliance with best practices, and applicants will undergo comprehensive checks, with our interview process focusing on safeguarding protocols.

As part of the application process, candidates are required to submit their full employment history along with a minimum of three professional references from the past decade (including the current Head of School or organization), which will be verified during the interview. Please prepare your passport, birth certificate, certified educational qualifications, police clearances from all countries of residence, and experience letters from the last ten years in advance.

Applications will only be reviewed if they include:

• A fully completed application via the provided jotform link
• A CV along with supporting documents
• A concise statement of your educational philosophy, limited to two A4 pages, to be uploaded as a PDF attachment in the jotform application.

We reserve the right to close this position early if we receive a sufficient number of applications. Therefore, if you are interested, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
