To be considered for this position, applicants must:
• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience teaching Psychology to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
• Be open to collaboration and sharing best practices
• Exhibit a growth mindset, demonstrating reflectiveness and solution-oriented thinking
• Be creative and enthusiastic in their teaching style
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
