About This Role
Dubai International Academy, Al Barsha, is seeking an enthusiastic IB-MYP Design Technology and Product Design Teacher to become part of our team starting in August 2026.
Preference will be given to applicants who possess experience in international education, especially those who have instructed IB-MYP Design Technology and Product Design, in addition to another science subject.
Our school offers a rigorous curriculum and a comprehensive language program within an international framework, aligned with the prestigious International Baccalaureate programs based in Geneva: Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP), Middle Years Programme (IB-MYP), and Diploma Programme (IB-DP).
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in IB-MYP, IB-DP, or any outcomes-based educational framework is advantageous.
• Experienced educators with a proven track record may be considered for leadership roles.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Design Technology and a valid teaching certification are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree or higher.
• Knowledge of assessment for learning practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in technology are crucial.
