About You
As part of the Primary team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering outstanding lessons that engage and challenge your students. You will maintain high standards and expectations in every facet of your role.
To be eligible for this position, you should:

Hold a solid bachelor's degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
•
Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum.
•
Exhibit prior leadership experience, particularly in team environments.
•

Specific Responsibilities:
•
Full-time classroom role with additional PPA time allotted for TLR responsibilities.
•
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to ensure the consistent application of agreed policies and practices.
•
Lead year group planning to ensure comprehensive coverage, progression, and a variety of learning experiences across the year group (6 classes).
•
Act as a coach/mentor to support planning and assessment within the year group.
•
Oversee the coordination of pastoral care for students in the year group.
•
Cultivate effective relationships with parents by organizing workshops focused on learning and celebrating student achievements.
•
Plan and promote enrichment opportunities within the year group.
•
Acknowledge and celebrate both individual and collective successes within the year group to enhance well-being.
