About This Role

Eaton International Schools (EIS) operates in Jade Hills Kajang and Alam Impian Shah Alam. We provide a modern International education for students from pre-school through IGCSE, delivered by a predominantly expatriate faculty. Our innovative curriculum merges the Cambridge International Curriculum with key aspects of the English National Curriculum, all within a culturally rich environment.

The Role:
EIS is on the lookout for educators who adopt a progressive and creative approach to teaching, possessing the skills and vision to enrich the educational experience in either KS1 or KS2. We value teachers who are dedicated to helping students reach their fullest potential, prioritizing pastoral care and student well-being, and who are eager to engage in our vibrant extra-curricular programs. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Team Leadership roles as Middle Leaders.

We are searching for professionals who:
- Hold appropriate educational qualifications (Degree in Education or PGCE)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of classroom experience
- Are familiar with the UK curriculum
- Can teach phonics and other reading strategies
- Deliver well-structured, engaging, and creative learning experiences
- Provide a broad and balanced curriculum with appropriate challenges and support
- Set high expectations that inspire and motivate students
- Foster a well-organized and inspiring learning environment
- Are comfortable integrating technology into their teaching practices
- Recognize the importance of consistently applying school policies
- Appreciate Malaysia's multicultural landscape and are willing to immerse themselves in its cultures
- Understand that the educational journey at EIS extends beyond the classroom
- Are ready to go the extra mile in their teaching efforts
- Working location: Kajang, Malaysia.
